How can I obtain a certificate confirming my qualifications?

To obtain a certificate confirming your qualifications, you must submit an application form, which you can download from the link available here:

Additionally, we will need a copy of your diploma in both English and Polish, a diploma supplement, and proof of payment in the amount of PLN 144.18.

You can make the payment only via online bank transfer (proof of payment must be provided).

The waiting time for the document is up to 1 month.

The fastest way to obtain the certificate is to send scans of all documents to the following e-mail address:

After completing studies in the English Division, can I register with the Chamber of Nurses and Midwives in Gdańsk and work in Poland?

Yes, but this requires submission of the following documents:

– A Polish language proficiency certificate at B1 level;

– University diploma;

– Diploma transcript (certified copy);

– Medical certificate;

– Color photograph (passport/ID-style).
