 How can I obtain a certificate confirming my qualifications?

The fastest and most convenient way to obtain your certificate of qualifications is to submit your application and documents via email.

Step 1: Prepare the Required Documents

• Application Form – fully completed and signed. You can download it directly here: https://oipip.gda.pl/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/Wniosek-ED.docx
• Scans or high-quality photos of your diploma – in both Polish and English;
• Proof of payment – for the amount of PLN 144.18.

Step 2: Make the Payment

The fee must be paid exclusively via online bank transfer. Please make sure to include your first and last name in the transfer title.

• Recipient: Okręgowa Izba Pielęgniarek i Położnych w Gdańsku (OIPiP Gdańsk)
• Bank: ING BANK ŚLĄSKI S.A.

Step 3: Submit Your Application

Send the complete set of scans (including the proof of payment) to the following email address:  pblaszczuk@oipip.gda.pl

• Processing Time: The waiting time to receive your certificate is up to 1 month.

After completing studies in the English Division, can I register with the Chamber of Nurses and Midwives in Gdańsk and work in Poland?

Yes, as an English Division graduate, you can register with the Chamber of Nurses and Midwives in Gdańsk and legally work in Poland. To do so, you must submit the following documents:

• Polish language proficiency certificate – at a minimum B1 level;
• University diploma;
• Diploma transcript / supplement (certified copy);
• Medical certificate (confirming your fitness to practice the profession);
• Current color photograph (passport/ID-style).
